To promote a safe and healthy community in Tigard by reducing alcohol, tobacco, and other drug related problems through prevention, education treatment advocacy, and support of state and nationwide prevention efforts.

For more than 30 years, Tigard Turns the Tide has provided leadership and promoted the prevention message through through its programs - led by community efforts - which provide information, education, funding and and tools to help keep our Tigard youth safe and healthy.
It's our community
Our Tigard youth are our future, and what we do as a community to keep them healthy and safe does matter. This is why Tigard Turns the Tide and its partners are committed to ending underage drinking and drugs use among our Tigard youth.
Our community partners are the key. Tigard Turns the Tide enjoys excellent working relationships with members from every sector of the community. Together, we are more effective in encouraging youth to make good choices that will help them build their futures and shape our community to come.
